Can you remove any negative review?
No — and we'll never promise otherwise. We can only remove reviews that violate the platform's published guidelines (fake accounts, hate speech, conflicts of interest, spam, off-topic content, etc.). The free audit tells you upfront whether a review is eligible.
How long does removal take?
Most cases resolve within 2–6 weeks. Complex disputes or platform backlogs can take longer; we keep you updated throughout.
What if the review doesn't get removed?
On eligible Basic-tier cases we operate on a no-removal, no-fee basis. Professional and Enterprise plans include unlimited attempts within your billing cycle.
Do you write fake positive reviews?
Never. We use only legal, policy-based methods. Buying or writing fake reviews violates every platform's terms and would damage your business long-term.
